Football Game Recap: North Crawford vs. Shullsburg

Their game last Saturday wasn't at all kind to Shullsburg, but their most recent contest may have softened the blow. They steamrollered North Crawford 56-7. Shullsburg were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

The win bumped Shullsburg's record up to 2-4. The loss dropped North Crawford's record to 2-4.

Shullsburg will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Pecatonica/Argyle. The teams have set a high bar for this game after stand-out offensive performances in their previous contests. As for North Crawford, they will face off against De Soto. North Crawford stagger into the match hobbled by three consecutive losses while De Soto skip in buoyed by three consecutive wins.
