Softball Recap: Sycamore Takes a Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Sycamore couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell just short of the Crystal Lake Central Tigers by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Spartans were not able to get on the board.

Sycamore's loss dropped their record down to 29-7-1. As for Crystal Lake Central, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 25-6.

As of now, neither Sycamore nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
