Soccer Game Preview: Foothill Tech vs. Grace

The Foothill Tech Dragons will head out to face off against the Grace Lancers at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Foothill Tech's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for eight straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Foothill Tech's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They won by a goal and slipped past Cate 1-0. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Dragons were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, Grace hadn't done well against St. Bonaventure recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. Grace came out on top against St. Bonaventure by a score of 2-0.

Foothill Tech picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 3-6-2. As for Grace, their victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2-2 and their overall record up to 2-7-2.
