Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Grand Valley). They came out on top against the Olathe Pirates by a score of 25-14 on Friday. The Cardinals have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pirates, too.

Mason Schoeppner was a one-man wrecking crew for Grand Valley as he rushed for 149 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.8 yards per carry. Those 149 rushing yards gave Schoeppner a new career-high. Andrew Horner was in the mix as well, providing Grand Valley with three touchdowns.
