Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Ariel Opdyke and Sydney Sampson Lead Valor South Austin to Victory

Valor South Austin picked up another tournament win on Friday. They came out on top against the Griffin School Griffins by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Falcons.

Valor South Austin was led to victory by Sydney Sampson and Ariel Opdyke. Sampson had 14 assists and three aces, while Opdyke had three digs and one assist. That's the most assists Sampson has posted since back in September of 2024.

Valor South Austin's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Valor South Austin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Tournament Opponent on the 16th. Griffin School does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
