Perris took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They came out on top against Vista del Lago by a score of 3-1.

Meanwhile, Moreno Valley came tearing into Monday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Ravens with a sharp 3-0 win.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-10, 25-13.

Moreno Valley's victory bumped their record up to 10-17. As for Perris, their win bumped their record up to 6-10.
