Volleyball Recap: Dekalb Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

DeKalb and Leo squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but DeKalb had to settle for second. They came up short against the Lions, falling 3-0. The Barons' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

DeKalb's loss dropped their record down to 2-24. As for Leo, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.

DeKalb does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Leo, they will square off against Carroll at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Chargers will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Lions surely won't give up without a fight.
