Soccer Game Preview: Spring Hill vs. Pine Tree

Spring Hill is on a five-game streak of home wins, while Pine Tree is on a four-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Spring Hill Panthers will host the Pine Tree Pirates at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Spring Hill knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with four goals or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Pine Tree likes a good challenge.

It was a proper cat-fight when Spring Hill faced off against Henderson on Friday. Spring Hill fell just short of Henderson by a score of 5-4.

Meanwhile, after some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three games, Pine Tree finally came back down to earth on Friday. They lost 4-0 to Kilgore. The Pirates' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Pine Tree's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Spring Hill, their loss dropped their record down to 13-4.
