Northern Highlands's Bobby Brown rumbled for the longest rushing play in Big North - Colonial this season in his game against Teaneck last week. Brown scampered for 84 yards on the play and finished with 116 on the day as his team bested the Highwaymen.

Justin DeGroat and Nick Goodwin provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Pascack Valley. The connection was good for 221 yards, the longest such play in the league this season.

Rich Pagano made the biggest impact on defense this week as Northern Highlands topped Teaneck. The 6-foot-0 senior forced 1 fumble.

Goodwin was the best wideout in the league this week as Wayne Valley fell to Paramus. Goodwin racked up 1 reception for 55 yards. Colin Bennett helped Wayne Valley's passing attack out by catching 1 ball for 43 yards.

6-foot-1 quarterback Billy Crank of the Indians is the league leader in passing yards this season with 996. He has also thrown 12 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Mohamed Beretey. The Teaneck star has 27 catches for 524 yards.

Two of the top units in Big North - Colonial will face off this week when Chris Locurto's team takes on Wayne Valley. The Highlanders' offense has recorded 191 points this season, making them No. 1 in the league, while Brian O'Connor's team has permitted only 73 on the year.

The Indians are in third place, while Northern Highlands is in fourth place.

The league will see a high scoring game when Wayne Valley and the Highlanders face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, the Indians comes in having scored 138 this season, while Northern Highlands has scored 191. Wayne Valley scored 10 points last week as it fell to the Spartans.

Dan Henry's team lost to the Highlanders 43-12 last week, the largest margin of any game.
