Football Recap: Plainview Starts off Right with Win over Westminster Christian Academy + How To Watch

Plainview had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 26-17 win over the Westminster Christian Academy Wildcats. This was payback for the Bears, who suffered a 37-33 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Owen Hope was a one-man wrecking crew as he threw for 92 yards and a pair of TDs on only eight passes, and also punched in one score on the ground.

Westminster Christian Academy dropped their record down to 1-1 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.
