Basketball Recap: Bath Victorious

The third road game was the charm for Bath, as they earned their first road win of the season. They walked away with a 37-27 victory over the Shawnee Indians on Thursday. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Indians, too.

Shawnee's loss came despite strong showings from Anna Menke and Kamryn Morris. Menke posted nine points and five rebounds, while Morris earned six points and six rebounds. Morris is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played.

Bath's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Shawnee, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.

Bath wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 46-27 defeat against Wauseon on the 21st. As for Shawnee, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 54-42 victory against Bellefontaine on the 23rd.
