Recap: San Antonio Christian Lions vs. Saint Mary's Hall Barons

After flying high against the TMI-Episcopal Panthers last Friday, the San Antonio Christian Lions came back down to earth. San Antonio Christian took a 47-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of Saint Mary's Hall on Tuesday. San Antonio Christian has struggled against Saint Mary's Hall recently, as their game on Tuesday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Saint Mary's Hall's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sedelia Wilson-larkin, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 12 rebounds. Wilson-larkin hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Maddie Florence was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with four steals.

San Antonio Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 20-8. As for Saint Mary's Hall, they pushed their record up to 30-3 with that victory, which was their 23rd straight at home dating back to last season.

San Antonio Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 45-43 victory vs. St. Joseph on the 9th. Saint Mary's Hall has also already played their next game, a 36-27 victory against St. Joseph Academy on the 9th.
