Football Recap: Archer Comes Up Short on the Road Against North Cobb + How To Watch

Archer kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They received a blow as they fell 28-14 to the North Cobb Warriors. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 63rd, while the Warriors are ranked sixth).

When it comes to explaining why Archer lost, don't look at Jordan Do. Despite the final result, he rushed for 75 yards, and also threw for 98 yards and one TD.

North Cobb found their leader in sophomore Zach Belyeu, who rushed for 119 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Archer will head out to face off against Seckinger at 7:30 p.m. on the 22nd. As for North Cobb, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on McEachern at 7:30 p.m. on the 22nd.
