League recap: Tigard tops Century to extend winning streak

Adding to the longest winning streak in 6A Pacific this week, Tigard beat Century 49-13,. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.

Forest Grove scaled the state rankings by moving to 54 from 81 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Vikings climbed the ranks as a result of defeating McMinnville 43-34.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Tigard takes on the Grizzlies. Craig Ruecker's team is currently in first, while McMinnville is in third.

Tualatin was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after beating Hillsboro. The Timberwolves came in at 24 in the state poll after placing at number 28 last week.
