Duran has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played. Jayden Jenkins was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-1.

Silver Creek was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .471. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as James Lick only posted a batting average of .333.

Silver Creek's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for James Lick, they dropped their record down to 3-5 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
