Custer is 10-0 against Hot Springs since January of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Custer Wildcats will face off against the Hot Springs Bison at 6:00 p.m. Hot Springs took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Custer, who comes in off a win.

Last Tuesday, Custer didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Douglas, but they still walked away with a 40-35 win.

Meanwhile, Hot Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 39-21 to New Underwood.

Hot Springs' loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Custer, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-10.

Everything came up roses for Custer against Hot Springs in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, as the team secured a 65-38 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Custer since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
