Soccer Recap: Geneva Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Geneva managed to slip by Newark the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Reds on Tuesday. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Geneva couldn't quite close it out.

Geneva's defeat ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-7. As for Newark, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Geneva will take on rival Midlakes at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Newark is set to challenge their familiar foe Wayne at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
