Basketball Recap: Munford Takes a Loss

Munford lost against Covington back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Munford Cougars were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 36-35 to the Covington Chargers. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Munford's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Covington, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 games. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Munford nor Covington have any future games scheduled.
