Baseball Recap: Loomis Chaffee School Continues Home Dominance on Wednesday

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Cheshire Academy, Loomis Chaffee School was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They walked away with a 3-0 victory over the Choate Rosemary Hall School Wild Boars. That's more bragging rights for the Pelicans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Loomis Chaffee School's win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-1. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Choate Rosemary Hall School, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
