Volleyball Recap: Hilliard Darby Panthers vs. Olentangy Braves

Hilliard Darby was the 3-1 winner over Olentangy when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers fell just short of the Braves by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Hilliard Darby started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-27, 21-25, 25-18, 28-26, 15-11.

Camryn Ludban paced Hilliard Darby's offense, picking up 23 kills. Ludban got some help from Kameryn Durbin and her 51 assists. Lila Handrahan controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
