Softball Recap: Dr. Krop Takes a Loss

The Dr. Krop Lightning came up short against the Carol City Chiefs on Tuesday, falling 17-1. The Lightning have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dr. Krop's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Carol City, they moved to 1-2 with that win, which also ended their seven-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Dr. Krop is taking a road trip to square off against South Dade at 6:30 p.m. on March 13th. As for Carol City, they will welcome Homestead at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Homestead will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Carol City surely won't give up without a fight.
