Basketball Recap: Coeur D'alene's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three + How To Watch

Coeur d'Alene had won two straight games and Brookeslee Colvin did her part to make it three on Saturday. The Vikings came out on top against the Mountain View Mavericks by a score of 64-53 for which the team can thank Colvin, who shot 41% from the field to rack up 30 points along with eight assists and eight boards. The contest was her third in a row with at least 23 points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Hannah Shafer, who posted five points and nine rebounds. She has also also been stellar as far as shooting accuracy is concerned: she's posted one of at least 50% every time she's hit the court this season.

Coeur d'Alene's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Mountain View, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Looking ahead, Coeur d'Alene will challenge Lewiston at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Vikings' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Mountain View, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Parma at 7:30 p.m. on December 2.
