Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Thatcher). They took their match on Monday with ease, bagging a 68-10 victory over the Palo Verde Titans. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Eagles as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Thatcher's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-14. As for Palo Verde, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 11 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Thatcher will venture away from home to challenge Safford at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Thatcher has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
