League recap: Heritage Hall rolls against Marshall

Star-Spencer made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,011 from 8,114. The improvement came about via a 16-0 victory over the Bobcats last week.

Kingfisher's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Yellowjackets feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Grant Newton has thrown for 373 yards and five touchdowns this season, while Jake Blair has 14 catches for 158 yards. Landon Nault leads the league in rushing with 419 yards.

Two of the top units in the league will face off this week when Kingfisher takes on Marshall. The Yellowjackets' offense has recorded 157 points this season, making them No. 1 in the league, while the Bears have permitted only 245 on the year.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Star-Spencer takes on Bethel. The Bobcats are currently in second, while the Wildcats are in sixth.

Heritage Hall led 3A District 3 in scoring this week after putting up 56 points on Marshall.
