Granville Central has gone a perfect 6-0 against Durham School of the Arts recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. Granville Central fell victim to South Granville and their airtight pitching crew last Friday. They came up short against the Vikings, falling 16-0.

Meanwhile, Durham School of the Arts lost 26-7 to Southern School of Energy and Sustainability last Friday.

Arianna Dillon made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-1. That stolen base marked the first that she snagged this season. Aniah Satterfield was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-1.

Durham School of the Arts' loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Granville Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

Everything went Granville Central's way against Durham School of the Arts in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, as Granville Central made off with a 21-6 victory. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
