Basketball Recap: Cheyenne/Reydon Snaps Five-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

After losing to Arapaho the last time they met, Cheyenne/Reydon decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Cheyenne/Reydon Bears took down the Arapaho Indians 46-32 on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bears.

Cheyenne/Reydon found their leader in sophomore Kimbo Denney, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and ten boards. Braylee Wright was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Cheyenne/Reydon's win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-5. As for Arapaho, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Cheyenne/Reydon will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Seiling at 6:30 p.m. on February 7th. Arapaho also won't see the court for a while: their next contest is against Hinton at 6:30 p.m. on February 4th.
