Soccer Game Preview: Chamblee vs. Jackson

The Chamblee Bulldogs will venture away from home to face off against the Jackson Jaguars at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

In Friday's Canine Competition, Chamblee had to take the L. They fell just short of Pope by a score of 2-1 on Friday. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Chamblee couldn't quite close it out.

Meanwhile, while the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was Druid Hills who was credited with the victory on Tuesday. The Red Devils got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to Jackson's four. The defeat continues a trend for Jackson in their meetings with Druid Hills: they've now lost three in a row.

Jackson's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Chamblee, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2-1.
