Shawnee has gone 9-1 against Seneca recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Renegades will be playing in front of their home fans against the Golden Eagles at 3:45 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
On Wednesday, Shawnee made easy work of Cherokee and carried off a 13-1 win. Considering the Renegades have won seven matchups by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Kayden Maybury tossed a big game, tossing five innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Lleyton Coughlin was incredible, firing off two home runs, three runs, and three RBI while going 2-for-3. That's the most runs he has posted over his last 12 contests. Another player making a difference was Chase Kowal, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
Shawnee lost a few balls and finished the game with three home runs. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Cherokee didn't launched any.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Seneca, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. Everything went their way against Burlington Township on Monday as they made off with a 14-4 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Golden Eagles considering their one-run performance the game before.
Jack Insinga made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Seneca is 3-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 4-8 otherwise. Insinga was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with one double and one RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Lester Hann, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI and one run. Vaughn Worthing was another key player, going 3-for-4 with three runs and one stolen base.
Shawnee is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.5 runs over those games. As for Seneca, their victory bumped their record up to 7-9.
Shawnee beat Seneca 8-3 when the teams last played back in May of 2025. Do the Renegades have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Golden Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
