Basketball Recap: Goodrich Takes a Loss

Goodrich's tournament run continued when they took on Chelsea on Tuesday. The Goodrich Martians took a 57-40 bruising from the Chelsea Bulldogs. The game marked the Martians' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Goodrich's defeat dropped their record down to 19-6. As for Chelsea, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 17-8.

Goodrich does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chelsea, they will square off against Sexton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sexton knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 12 matches -- so hopefully Chelsea likes a good challenge.
