Basketball Recap: Culver City Now 11-2 over Last 13 Games

Culver City's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They walked away with a 75-62 win over the Beverly Hills Normans. Given the Centaurs' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 67th, while the Normans are ranked 335th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Culver City has also been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. As for Beverly Hills, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Culver City will welcome Santa Monica at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Beverly Hills, they will host Centennial at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
