Softball Recap: Mt. Spokane Extends Home Winning Streak to 15

Mt. Spokane faced Monroe in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Wildcats had just enough and edged out the Bearcats 9-8. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Wildcats have posted since May 24, 2024.

Mt. Spokane pushed their record up to 25-1 with the win, which was their 15th straight at home. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 10.2 runs. As for Monroe, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-9.
