Volleyball Recap: Science Hill's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Five

Science Hill waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They blew past the Daniel Boone Trailblazers 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 4th.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Science Hill was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-9, 25-15.

Science Hill's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kaitlyn Wallace, who had ten digs and four aces. That's the most aces Wallace has posted over her last 17 games. Another player making a difference was Isa Dau, who had 11 digs and one assist.

They weren't the only good server: Science Hill was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in nine consecutive contests.

Science Hill's win bumped their record up to 21-6. As for Daniel Boone, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
