Football Game Preview: Catholic - N.I. Panthers vs. Bunkie Panthers

Catholic - N.I. is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 52-0 win over Glen Oaks. Winning may never get old, but Catholic - N.I. sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.

Owen Morris continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 189 yards and five scores while picking up 11.8 yards per carry. Those 189 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

Catholic - N.I. didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Izaac Andre and Cooper Parich. That interception was Andre's first of the season.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Bunkie took on Marksville two weeks ago. The Panthers put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 49-24 victory. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won five in a row.
