Basketball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Campbell County

Campbell County had won three straight games and Luke Browning did his part to make it four on Friday. The Campbell County Cougars walked away with a 64-54 victory over the Jackson County Generals thanks in part to Browning, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 13 boards. His evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Will Croley was another key player, putting up six points along with eight assists and seven boards. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in steals (four).

Campbell County has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for Jackson County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.

Campbell County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 76-66 loss against Bell County on the 21st. As for Jackson County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 69-64 defeat against Belfry on the 21st.
