Recap: Carrizo Springs Wildcats vs. Pearsall Mavericks
The Carrizo Springs Wildcats won the last time they faced the Pearsall Mavericks, and things went their way on Friday too. Carrizo Springs took down Pearsall 58-40. The win made it back-to-back wins for Carrizo Springs.
Adisyn Reyes was her usual excellent self, scoring 26 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Melanie Davila, who scored nine points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Carrizo Springs' win bumped their record up to 21-11. As for Pearsall, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-19.
Carrizo Springs will be playing at home against Floresville at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Floresville is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road. As for Pearsall, they will face off against Pleasanton at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
