Soccer Game Preview: Willits vs. Middletown + How To Watch

The Willits Wolverines will head out to challenge the Middletown Mustangs at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Willits will be strutting in after a victory while Middletown will be coming in after a loss.

Willits played against South Fork on Thursday and won via forfeit.

Middletown is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their seventh straight matches on Thursday. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of Upper Lake.

Middletown's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Willits, their win bumped their record up to 5-8-1.

Willits skirted past Middletown 3-2 when the teams last played back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolverines since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
