Basketball Game Preview: Trion Bulldogs vs. Southeast Whitfield County Raiders + How To Watch

The Trion Bulldogs will take on the Southeast Whitfield County Raiders at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Southeast Whitfield County took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Trion, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, Trion didn't have too much trouble with Northwest Classical Academy as they won 61-42.

Meanwhile, Southeast Whitfield County unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a blow against Ridgeland on Friday, falling 73-44. The Raiders have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Trion came up short against Southeast Whitfield County in their previous meeting back in January of 2021, falling 59-49. Thankfully for the Bulldogs, Cal Rich (who dropped a double-double with 23 points and 12 boards) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
