Basketball Recap: Prairie Farm Takes a Loss

Prairie Farm suffered their biggest loss since November 26, 2024 on Tuesday. They were outmatched by the New Auburn Trojans and fell 64-27. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 394th, while the Trojans are ranked 170th).

Prairie Farm has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. As for New Auburn, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-3.

Prairie Farm didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 46-37 win against Flambeau on the 14th. As for New Auburn, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 62-20 victory against Lake Holcombe on the 14th.
