Grant Community is a perfect 9-0 against North Chicago since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will look to defend their home pitch against the Warhawks at 5:00 p.m. Grant Community's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Grant Community managed to keep up with Johnsburg until halftime on Saturday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Bulldogs came up short against the Skyhawks, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, Grant Community can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 272nd, while Johnsburg are ranked 99th).

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for North Chicago's offense. They lost 9-0 to Antioch on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for North Chicago in their meetings with Antioch: they've now lost eight in a row.

North Chicago now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Grant Community, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8-1.
