It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Trinity Christian ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They pulled ahead with a 36-35 photo finish over the Coastal HomeSchool Hurricanes. Trinity Christian hasn't had any issues with Coastal HomeSchool recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Trinity Christian was led to victory by Kelly Mills and Ryan Yancey. Mills posted 17 points, while Yancey earned 15 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which Yancey has scored at least a third of Trinity Christian's points.

Trinity Christian's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Coastal HomeSchool, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Trinity Christian and Coastal HomeSchool will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time Trinity Christian sees the court they'll take on Bible Baptist Christian at 6:00 p.m. on December 2. As for Coastal HomeSchool, their break will end when they face Brunswick Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on December 2.
