Sprayberry strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past the Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs, posting a 48-7 victory. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-0.

Jaden Duckett went supernova, throwing for 120 yards and three TDs on only ten passes, while also rushing for 96 yards. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 61 yards.

Duckett was just one part of a punishing run game: Sprayberry was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 298 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 155 rushing yards in four consecutive matchups dating back to last season.

Sprayberry's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Kennesaw Mountain, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sprayberry will face off against Pope at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
