Volleyball Recap: West Stokes Comes Up Short + How To Watch

West Stokes lost against Mount Airy back in August of 2015, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Wildcats lost 3-0 to the Granite Bears. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Stokes was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-10, 25-23.

West Stokes' loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Mount Airy, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-4.

Coming up, West Stokes will square off against Atkins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mount Airy, they will take on Alleghany at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
