Volleyball Recap: Marist Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Marist had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Carmel Corsairs by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the RedHawks also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Marist easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-13.

Marist's win was their 31st straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 33-2. As for Carmel, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 15 of their last 18 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-27 record this season.

Marist does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Carmel, they will challenge Grayslake Central at 1:00 p.m. on Monday.
