St. Brendan piles up the points against Archbishop McCarthy

Recap: St. Brendan Sabres vs. Archbishop McCarthy Mavericks
Make it seven blowout wins for the St. Brendan Sabres this season. They claimed a resounding 59-32 win over Archbishop McCarthy at home. The win was just what St. Brendan needed coming off of a 72-32 loss in their prior match.
Jaden Castro was her usual excellent self, scoring 21 points. Gianna Vindigni was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
St. Brendan now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Archbishop McCarthy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Brendan will challenge Marathon at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Archbishop McCarthy, they will head out on the road to challenge Donahue Catholic at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Donahue Catholic's defense has only allowed 29.2 points per game this season, so Archbishop McCarthy's offense will have their work cut out for them.
