The Melrose-Mindoro Mustangs will head out on the road to take on the Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran Lancers at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Melrose-Mindoro is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

Last Tuesday, Melrose-Mindoro came up short against Gilmanton/Independence and fell 59-48.

Meanwhile, Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran also suffered a loss in their last game, but this one to Whitehall by a score of 63-50. The Lancers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Melrose-Mindoro's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-8.

Melrose-Mindoro beat Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran 67-55 in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Melrose-Mindoro since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
