Drury is 0-9 against Taconic since May of 2016 but things could change on Saturday. The Blue Devils will challenge the Thunder at 1:00 p.m. Drury is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.9 runs per game this season.

Drury barely beat Hampshire Regional the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Blue Devils were the clear victors by a 9-2 margin over the Raiders on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Blue Devils.

Julian Feliciano was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two stolen bases, and two runs. That home run was his first of the season. Noah Arnold was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run.

Meanwhile, Taconic didn't have quite enough to beat Minnechaug Regional on Thursday and fell 6-5. The Thunder have struggled against the Falcons recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Drury's win bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Taconic, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.

Drury couldn't quite finish off Taconic when the teams last played back in May of 2025 and fell 3-1. Can the Blue Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
