Soccer Recap: Smoky Mountain Takes a Loss

Smoky Mountain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the East Henderson Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against East Henderson this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-2 back in September.

Smoky Mountain's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11-1. As for East Henderson, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-9.

Smoky Mountain has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Tuscola on the 13th. As for East Henderson, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against West Henderson on the 13th.
