Volleyball Recap: Greater New Bedford RVT Has No Trouble Against Essex Tech

Greater New Bedford RVT won the last time they faced Essex Tech and things went their way on Monday too. The Bears put the hurt on the Hawks with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bears.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-21, 25-18.

Essex Tech lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Barrett Cross, who had 19 assists and 13 digs. Cross is crushing it when it comes to assists: he's posted at least 13 every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Dylan Krueger, who had nine kills and six digs.

Greater New Bedford RVT's win bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Essex Tech, they dropped their record down to 6-10 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.
