Basketball Recap: Fallsburg Takes a Loss

Fallsburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were dealt a 65-20 loss at the hands of the Chester Hambletonians. The Comets lost against the Hambletonians in their previous head to head back in February of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 35-25 score last time.

Fallsburg's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Chester, their win bumped their record up to 3-7.

Fallsburg is taking a road trip to challenge Liberty at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Fallsburg is facing Liberty at the right time seeing as Liberty is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Chester, they will take on Tri-Valley at 6:30 p.m. on February 5th.
