After a string of four wins, Enterprise's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They came up short against the West Lauderdale Knights, falling 13-3. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-1 two weeks ago.

Enterprise saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Grant Hickman, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Enterprise's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for West Lauderdale, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-2.

Looking ahead, Enterprise is taking a road trip to challenge Presbyterian Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Lauderdale has already played their next contest (against Kosciusko), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
